Choosing a company solely by price does not work.  Companies price is so many ways, it is hard to compare.  The truth is, when we invest wisely, we get what we pay for.  Call the cheapest company you can find, and I’ll wager you get a big sales pitch with a little bit of cleaning.  It only makes sense that the cheapest company has to cut costs by using cheap cleaning agents, cheap cleaning equipment, and cheap personnel spending as little time as possible cleaning your carpet.  Is that really going to solve your cleaning problems? Of course not.

A few folks may feel my prices are too high.  My prices are as low as I can make them without cutting corners.  I have checked the prices of other cleaners, and mine are neither high nor low, But even  if they were the highest in the area, my thoroughness would be worth every penny.

Preconditioning of carpet for soil and spots.

Rotary agitation of carpet to loosen soil and spots

Hot Water Extraction to Rinse and remove soil.

Extra Vacuum passes for maximum moisture removal.

First 2 areas of carpet cleaning is $89.99

Each additional area is $33.00 per area.
(Up to 200 sq feet per area)

Minimum Service Chg. $89.99

Stairs $3.00 per stair.  (Avg staircase $50.00)

Scotchguard Carpet Protector $25.00 per area.

Topical Pet odor treatment $25.00 per area. (light contamination)

Prevacuum carpet $5.00 per area.

Pet Urine Treatment

$25.00-$150.00 per area.  (Depending on severity)

Tile and Grout Cleaning

Cleaning  .75 per sq. ft.

Cleaning and sealing $1.25 per sq. ft.
